• Goals & Operations: They aim to extend their shadowy influence into every throne room and ruling council chamber in Kaern. Their methods include refortifying key locations like La Bastille and employing intelligence networks, such as a large rat population.
• Civil War: They are openly preparing for a civil war with the rival Guild Halls, and their activities in La Bastille reflect this, including the recruitment of vampire spawn.
