A three-foot staff of polished white ash, capped with a silver osprey in mid-flight—a mirror of Admiral Gerard Guy's signature cane. The grip is wrapped in deep blue velvet and bound with braided gold wire. Seven tiny, teardrop sapphires are embedded along the length of the staff, pulsing with a faint azure light that intensifies and glows warmly when the wielder issues a command.
