Known as the One and Prime and Supreme Modron, the Primus is the ruler of Mechanus and its highest judge, superseded by only Throng the Allfather. They are a supreme being of law, to whom the Knights of Axiom report directly, and interact with mortals through entities like Time. Disputes of ownership are reviewed by the Primus in the highest courts.
