A heavy tome written in neat, ornate script. It features many artistic depictions of bugbears transitions through movement forms. The tome as a whole describes many martial techniques for unarmed combat. Many of the techniques seem to specifically focus on using bugbear's extended reach to dominate their opponents. There are techniques for fighting both armed and disarmed opponents, and some theories as to how weapons could be incorporated in the forms.
A humanoid that spends 20 hours studying and practicing the forms from this tome gains the following benefits:
- You can use Dexterity instead of Strength for the attack and damage rolls of your unarmed strikes.
- You can roll a d4 in place of the normal damage of your unarmed strike.
- When you use the [Attack](https://www.dndbeyond.com/compendium/rules/basic-rules/combat#Attack) action with an unarmed strike on your turn, you can make one unarmed strike as a bonus action.
