An ancient assassin's guild based in Drakestone, serving as the city's "unseen hand" against corruption. They are defined by their mastery of shadows and their origins in the age of dragons.

Player-Facing Lore

History: Founded approximately 300 years ago by Varin Velstadt after his party defeated the dragon Abthuralanax. The guild was granted a boon to protect Drakestone from the shadows.
Leadership: Currently led by Varis Velstadt, father of Ventus Velstadt.
The Schism: A divide occurred when the Vanders family (Ventus's mother's line) was removed from nobility. This move alienated the Guild Halls, leading to the rise of the Reaper's Kiss as a rival assassin guild favored by the Halls.
