*The Quel’Lunaire, also known as the Moon Elves, dwell in the eastern forests of Numanien, near Yale. They tend to be reclusive, but at peace with nature.
The Lillifolkes of the forests of Numanien are far more friendly than the elves they cohabit the forest with. That said, they’re also far more secretive. They love little critters.*
