A coastal city in Vrain that is home to the Royal Sage Academy. It's connections to magic and the mishaps that come alongside, have led it to be both praised and criticized. In general, however, it is largely accepted that the Academy and its research have been key to Vrain's modern success and prosperity. It has a strong tourism industry, and shops are always trying to one-up each other in terms of extravagance - but within the realm of refinement that Vrain is famous for.
