Active volcano in the Auroric Ocean where the Argus Blackfish makes it home. It is effectively a mountain island with a cove / bay. It has a high percentage of metal deposits as well as a portal to Avernus. Part of the water in this area has memory altering properties, with the influence of the River Styx. The corrupting effect of this portal is what transformed a group of local sperm whales into what is known as the argus blackfish. The blackfish are highly aggressive, able to feed not only on plankton, but also on the souls of other creatures.
A forge like smell of iron wafts from the isle, and there is a perpetual grey mist that hangs a few miles around, clinging to the mountain and nearby waters.
