The head of the Necron faction of the Royal Sage Academy in Andragora's Spire, Vrain. Like most elves, she has thin, delicate features, but the most interesting feature about her is her pale white with blue-tinged and purple freckle skin.

• She’s actually a high-elf, but was corrupted by her mentor and teacher Raynard. She tells people that this was just her ancestry awakening in a latent manor, but in reality it was her contact with the vessel of the eldritch child.
• Lowyn Threstle is under the control of seed worm influence. She leads the Necron, and assists Raynard Laforet in collecting bodies of important influence. The bodies of the children as set to undergo an “evolution” during the convergence. To her faction, this will be seen as being chosen by the moon spirit, but in reality they are currently being exposed to the vessel of the eldritch child, which will weaken its binding during the convergence.
