He is very organized, and keeps everyone on time with things, but is always late himself. He’s got a sort of Kate-like personality. He always eat salted biscuits because he’s nervous that other foods will upset his stomach. He’s afraid of insects. He’s also an incredibly cheerful chef, who insists that no business is more pressing than a full belly.
