A trio of hags who maintain a facade of normalcy within Haven while pursuing their own dark and intertwined agendas.

Pricillia (The Oldest): Administrates the town orphanage and enjoys baking. She was the one who issued Ventus Velstadt's contract (associated with a squirrel).
Cecillia (The Youngest): Works at the market selling various wares (associated with a bat).
Marcillia (The Middle): Spends her time minding the children (associated with a rat).
