Eldritch entities from the Far Realm/Beyond that existed before the world's creation and seek to devour its light. They are the primordial antagonists of the Gods.
Player-Facing Lore
- Origin: Described in the Angelic Record as dark entities that attached themselves to the nascent world (the Purple Flame) to consume it.
- Defeat: They were driven back by the 10 Spirits (Gods) using the White Light of the Source. Remnants of them are said to have died in the world.
- Notable Legacy:
- N'yograthon: The smallest of their kind, who managed to slip through the world's defenses during the weakening of the Arcs.
- Artifacts: The vessel of the eldritch child is known to be an anchor to the Forgotten Ones.
