| Kerachin was the daughter of a single poor mother in the slums of Pértus Shore, whom had quite the fondness for books. When Kerachin was 15 years old her Mother came down with Blackwater Fever and passed away leaving Kerachin alone.

| During her years alone Kerachin learned how to stay out of sight and swipe belongings without being noticed, however it was her silvered tongue that got her out of most situations. Kerachin would normally pull from the many characters from stories she read to make alter egos.

| One Winter evening Kerachin was scanning the market street from the alleyway, when she spotted a hooded man slip on the snow dropping a sack. Seeing this opportunity she dashed out of the alley, grabbed the bag and kept running until she made it back to an abandoned home by the river. When she opened the sack all she found was a jewelry box. As she opened the box it turned into a black smoke and coalesced around her neck forming a necklace which on it dangled a key. No matter what she did the necklace wouldn’t come off.

| A few months had passed since that day, Summer had arrived, and the key was still firmly secured around Kerachin’s neck. One night as Kerachin slept she had a dream where she felt her blood begin to freeze, first starting at the fingers and traveling up the arm creating jagged pieces of ice to burst from her arm as it traveled. The cold traveled further until she was encased in ice. After that she awoke to the heat of the summer night, but could still feel the cold lingering in her veins. This was one of the many dreams she would have over the years.

| As time progressed Kerachin learned how to manipulate people with magic whether it was to make them fall into a slumber to sneak by, charm them into aiding her, scaring away those who got too close, and even making some friends albeit for a short span of time. With these new skills Kerachin started pulling off larger thefts than pick-pocketing and started working toward her dream to have the life she thought she could never obtain.

| After running into a gem merchant, whom was planning to leave to next day Kerachin made a quick decision to steal from him, before planning. While she was able to steal the gem, the same gem merchant set a trap to get revenge. This led to Kerachin getting captured by some unknown group leading to her current predicament.
